Everybody should start writing time travel BTVS fics!

They are by far the best type of fiction there is!
The story by Unbridled Brunette is fantastic because there is time travel (and other melodramatic themes)
But seriously.

I love Spuffy with time travel! Whether it be backwards or forwards :D

Agree about Unbridled Brunette.  Another good current one is Only Time Will Tell by dampersandspoons.

Just want to add my "YES" to the time travel format.  There are some excellent Time Travel work posted here.  I think it's great how  writers are using time travel and  very different locations and character variations in the Buffyverse Fan Fiction works.

No way, Arielle.  You can only look bad in comparison to Unbridled.

If we want her to be exactly she'll never be exactly I know the only really real Buffy is really Buffy and she's gone' who?

I love time travel fics!  I'm working on one now as a collaboration.  Will be a while before we start posting though.  But there are a lot of good ones already written.

OMG Spikez_tart! What did I do to deserve that??

dawnofme, is that a picture of Charlie SHEEN on your avatar?

I love to see how writers manipulate characters and predict what would happen if such and such got changed. It's my favorite kind of suspense!

It's David Tennant, Arielle.  Dr Who.  I think tart's response was meant as praise for UB (who has done an amazing job with her fic), rather than a slam at anyone else.  We all wish we'd written FTTP. LOL

Slaymesoftly is right.  The other man on my avatar is David Tennant.  The Tenth Doctor or as I like to think of him, Casanova.  LOL!

I love all of dreamweaver's work! I've read all of her fiction! Everything she does is really interesting ^^

Ah I see. I thought she was saying that I was complete crap O.o I haven't even written anything lol

Ditto on Bridle, though.
She is the Mastah!

When it is done well I agree that time travel can be the most intriguing, fun, and creative story form out there (and when it isn't done well..the opposite). Anyway my favorite of all Spuffy fanfic is The Butterfly Effect by cousinjean which can be found here: http://dark-solace.org/elysian The characterization is perfect, the plot amazing, the time travel makes total sense, and the dialogue couldn't be better if Joss wrote it himself. I have reread it half a dozen times and still laugh and cry every time!

Arielle - sorry sorry sorry.  I was being a smart mouth as usual.  I only meant that Unbridled's story is so great that it'd be really hard to make something so good.  :)

Haha, it's alright! It just took me awhile to understand what you meant!
And you're right! Her story is the greatest. I just wish she would update. I've been following her story for over a year now. I wonder what it is she's doing?

maybe we should scare her into writing more often?? :D
