I know there's a couple fics by Herself with menstruation, namely the Bittersweetverse and a couple others whose names escape me. Hope I helped a bit.

I remember one I read set in season 7, all the Scoobie girls and the Potentials got their periods at the same time (as women who live together tend to do) and It was driving Spike crazier than when he was in the highschool basement. Does anyone remember that one? I can't seem to remember who wrote it or the name of the fic.
