Posting a fic search for a fellow B/S shipper...
It's based on the movie/book 'Where The Heart Is.
Buffy's pregnant with Angel's baby and they stop at a Walmart on a road trip. He strands her at the Walmart alone with no posessions.
She sleeps in Walmart...but eventually becomes friends with Joyce, who helps her and of course she meets and hooks up with Spike.

ff.net stories usually have 'Completed' along the top row in the space where the rating and number of reviews, etc. are. Looks like the last time it was updated was in 2005, so it's unlikely the author will finish it.

Some of the older stories were completed before the "Complete" option was added, though, so it's also possible that the author finished it and just never marked it complete.

I checked the last chapter, and it doesn't look like it's completed to me.
