Initiative fiction

Hi! I'm looking stories where Buffy and/or Willow are classified as non-human by the Initiative, then captured and experimented upon, resulting in a certain kinship with our favorite blonde vampire.

Hope you get some replies - I don't think I have ever read a story where other than Spike or Oz and Buffy have been captured and used for experimentation.

I've got two or three where Buffy has been captured (briefly - it's certainly not the point of the fics), but the closest I've come to Willow is one in which Riley is thinking that Maggie would like to study her as he leaves the Scoobies.("Another One Bites the Dust")
Buffy spends quality time in the Initiative in "Just a Little Spell", "Initiative Dreams" and "Boy Good". It think those are the only ones, and like I said, those scenes are just a small part of much longer stories. The one where he's thinking about Willow is "Another One Bites the Dust" and goes no further than Riley realizing that Willow is someone they could use. I think that's it. Have an AU fic in which Maggie tries to capture Buffy, but Giles comes to the rescue.

There was one where Spike crossed over into another dimension where he was still a nasty vampire.  Buffy was captured by the "initiative" which was run by Spike and his friends and they put a chip in her head.  Naturally, I can't remember the name or the author.
If we want her to be exactly she'll never be exactly I know the only really real Buffy is really Buffy and she's gone' who?

"Perfect World" by cousinjean fits Spikez_tart's description.  Its at All About Spike.   Bogwitch has one set in the furture called "Black Widow".
