Let's start with some basic info: which browser do you use, and have you tried accessing the site with any other browsers since the problem started?

Have you tried deleting your cookies? If you don't want to delete all of them to avoid loosing a perma-login on other sites, you could install ccleaner, use it to select only the cookies for bloodshedverse.com and delete those.

Let me know if any of this made a difference. If it didn't help and the behavoiur stay the same over different browsers, I'll see what other possible causes I can think of.
