Been playing around with some of the Whedonverse comics - scanned several of my favs for my whedon world gallery and will post some good quality before I head out to California and my 2 weeks with no computer.  Here is one that I did on "Old Friends" for my Spuffy Editions -

If one of our excellent writers feels like doing a ficlet or drabble for this, I would love to have some text to go with it.  There is a large
Large View -  My Flickr Link    http://www.flickr.com/photos/nmcil/3417274658/sizes/l/     Plus there is a very large file as well  and a very nice (IMO) JM in Moonshot

My heart is broken - not to mention my poor ego - with the not wining of my first ever nomination for Buffyverse Art -  Big Thank You to the person that nominated me.  Have some banners submitted for  the Art-a-thon at LJ - up for the taking - Text will be changed as needed -Link:    http://pics.livejournal.com/alwaysjbj/gallery/00053ewx

Thanks much for the kind words of support - I love working with these characters and I love doing artwork - from my paintings to my clay sculpture to my Buffyverse digital work, all great things to keep me on my oftentimes lonely, but personally rewarding art path.  Hey I even sold two pieces this month.

What is really of the bad this week is that after all the long wait for Dragonball - I will be travelling to a place where I will have to miss this big weekend opening - consolation, I made a JM-Piccolo graphic - anyone interested you can check it out here:

Check Out all the new artwork and one new artist in the NEW  COMICS SECTION  and the NEW artwork and poetry at The Whedon World Gallery   www.whedonworld.com

I hate to sound "beggy" but I sure would like to get more visitors to my Buffyverse Fan Art site - the graphics community gets so little recognition in the wonderful world of The Whedonverse -

Nmcil - loved your new Spuffy/Billy whatsher name video (sorry having a senior moment) -its beautiful and 50's style romantic.  Turning the images to B & W really makes them standout in ways the color shots weren't.  This vid has a much more interesting flow to it as well - the Gershwin vid was more - here's a cool shot and here's another, but in this one the shots seem to build and reflect on each other.  Excellent work.

If we want her to be exactly she'll never be exactly I know the only really real Buffy is really Buffy and she's gone' who?

Thanks Much Spikez_tart  - I have been meaning to do my vids with these more focused POV and using Billie Holiday for a long time - I will be doing others - and I hope that I can manage to purchase an upgrade for my film making program.  I tried so many times and ways to get the images to fit the music length, but without real time controls I was never able to get away from how the program insisted on handling the end montage.  Still I am happy with the results.

Off to see Little Dorrit now -

LOL!  I can't believe Angel is Twilight.  That is sooooo lame.
If we want her to be exactly she'll never be exactly I know the only really real Buffy is really Buffy and she's gone' who?

We should've figured it out sooner, what with the stalking, and the harassment... and now glowing!

Oh, right. That Twilight.

Lovely- I particularly liked the Angel and Connor vs Angel and Buffy one, and I'm saving the BtVS Evolution one as a wallpaper...

Oh, and I've just created a Spuffy fanblog on Tumblr- would you mind if I post that there? (linked to your flickr, of course) :)
