It looks like you have to register to vote.

so i tried to vote but it wouldnt let me so i thought i'll just register but after like 555 gazillion tries it still wouldnt let me just kept saying 'invalid blah blah resubmit blah blah' n now im annoyed cos Angel is beating Spike goddam it!!
