Hm, how terrible for Spike.  He's never going to want to have sex with Buffy again.  Maybe.

A riveting chapter, I could really feel the tension.  Perhaps Buffy can begin to accept her situation now that she's broken down.  A great read.

Spike is being so wonderfully patient with her. Thank goodness the dam has broken at last. Perhaps they can go home now...

Intersting development.  Wonder if their relationship will take a turn now, what with her just wearing a towel and all.

She's still herself.  Spike knew it all along, and now she does too.  Whether she wants to be herself and feel all the things she doesn't want to feel is something else again.  As usual, she is cruel to Spike because he sees her, even when she's trying to hide from herself.  This is just beautifully written.  Intense, disturbing and heartbreaking.

 Surprised Buffy could quit.. guess Spike does know her best..

I've been waiting for this development and enjoying wondering where you were headed with the character.  I kept thinking that as she wasn't a feral beast then was she still going to be Buffy?  I'm glad that some moral force remains in her unlife but gladder still that you chose to blur some edges for us.
