Oh what a wacky mess! LOL This is like those old screwball comedies from the 30's!
Can't wait till all the bots and real beings are in the mix at the same time. Xander's head will likely explode!
I can think of Buffy making fine use of both Spike and the bot when all is said and done (and Anya cheering her decision).
