I loved it! This is the first spuffy fic I've read in a very long time (having been in the Potter word up to my eyebrows for ages). I got swept into this by the third paragraph and had to force myself to stop reading to do even the most basic daily functions like cook for the family and what not. Brilliant work!

I found this story though seeking spike lj community - and I just wanted to leave a review for what is a beautifully crafted story. I really enjoyed reading this, and the plot was wonderfully interwoved into a fabulous story, that really drew the reader in. Thank so much for writing and sharing.

What a beautiful way to end this part of their story. Manner's is right, Angel has a lot to think about. I liked that they lit candle's for Sister Edith and William but I'm most surprised that Joyce made sure that they shared a soul, they trully are soulmates. Now to start VP.
She made sure of that because they're going to need it in order to face what's to come.

Thank you, I just couldn't pass up,"76 trombones" it's just too sweet. The sequel is a bit more meandering and complicated. But keep in mind that in "The Interregnum" Past, Present, and Future are the same. Think of it as a sort of "Purgatory",or "Limbo" if you recognise those concepts. I think you'll be able to follow it. But there has been some confusion, so I thought I'd try and clear it up before you started.

Great story, I'm in the process of reading the sequel. I loved it. It's teary how sweet Buffy and Spike's relationship is!
