Well...it could have happened.  Nah, but it was a good thought. Thanks for the fic.  I like your longer stories because they are captivating.  The short ones are fun, but they are over too soon.  Thanks for writing.
Lol, somehow I doubt it, too... I write the short ones because at my writing speed, they'll never be written otherwise. I'm glad you liked regardless!

Usually he makes me sick (in BtVS), but this fic was just begging for a good Angel... I'm glad you liked it!

I've been putting off reading this cause Bangel makes me sick and Spangel I don't care for either, I just hate Spike all submissive to Angel , but that's my issue. :) Anyway, I finally read it and liked it. It was weird but good. I can't imagine Buffy being mated to Angel.He's dark and brooding and no fun at all and no sex. C'mon, who can deal with that? Spike is her soulmate IMO. I'm glad Angel realized that and actually did the right thing for them, even tho it was OOC for him. Don't think he really cares that much for Spike, but in this story I believed it.
I guess I'm a terrible person cause I didn't feel that sorry for Angel when he staked himself, thought it was kinda drama queen! Angel. But I did feel a little sympathy. :)

Nice story, you should do a sequel of Spuffy's new life, that would be cool. :)

I'm glad you liked it! I'm not usually so fond of Angel, but once I decided that this would be from his POV, I knew that he'd have to be the hero of this one...although Spike and Buffy would probably disagree for most of the story. :D Submissive!Spike bothers me, even though I depict him here as more of a rebellious child (my favorite moment in this fic is when Angel tried to hep Spike and Spike punches him :D), so I hope that part was bearable. And yeah, poor Buffy- but one way for her to realize just how NOT her true love Angel is is by forcing her to mate with him... :) 

Angel was totally being a drama queen at the end! But this is his story, so he gets to let us perceive him as the noble martyr. ;) I don't plan to write a sequel because I think that it would cheapen the Spuffy relationship here (more powerful since it's seen by an outsider), but I'm glad that you liked it despite reservations!

So I enjoyed this, though I felt so bad for Angel. I agree that Buffy and Spike are better together, but I have this fetish for lasting happier BAS (whatÉ Its hot lol), but thats just me and my twisted mind. lol
But I still really did enjoy it, and cant wait to see what you give us next.
 Lol I did! But I wanted to see a much longer fic than this one, so I didn't even put it as a challenge response...plus it's getting a little weird that I keep doing this. :D

I started this fic planning to make Angel the villain, but during the drafting he just became a more and more sympathetic character until he went all martyr. I do enjoy B/S/A, but the Bangel in it makes me so sick (I know I have Bangel issues! But don't we all? ;)) that this was my answer... 

Today the muse is totally dead (I wrote like a paragraph of Prodigal and began a truly crappy fic that I scrapped), but I've still got a few fic ideas running through my head... :D Nothing in the next few days, though. :(
