Buffy coming to the realization that Jonathan is not quite right during sex was great, and I enjoyed Spike confronting her after getting off.  You're writing the evil fiend beautifully.  

Using Jonathan as leverage to get the chip out was brilliant and I was laughing out loud at the doctor's star struck reactions to the request and Spike trying to get him to calm down and be a bit professional was hysterical, too.

Now that the spell is broken, Spike's holding all the cards.  Poor Buffy, blackmailed into keeping the vampire in line.  Whatever can she do to wiggle free of the monster?  i can't wait to find out!

Ooh, I love the blackmail- Spike just handed Buffy the most wicked, delightful threat and it's just reasonable enough that she might want to pretend for it... *evil grin*  I can't wait to hear what happens next! And now that Spike can bite again? ;)

Great update, and the beginning where Buffy was experiencing everything with Spike as they had sex but also trying to pinpoint memories was very well done. The explanation of Jonathon keeping the demon contained to keep HIS world stable works perfectly, too.

He's so brilliantly evil.  Gotta love it.  Clever concept, great tale.
