Nice resolution.  Too much aftermath to just wrap it all up in a pretty bow and make them walk off into the sunset, so the fact that you just give us the glimmer of hope, that someday, when she's feeling better, they will be together.  I liked this.  Good job.

What a wonderful story!! Creative all the way through with a very satisfying finale, especially Buffy finally putting the Scoobies in their place and demanding they accept Spike or leave. (Always thought Willow and Xander both needed a good slap upside the head:)

The Scoobies got on my nerves in season 6. Glad you don't mind me slapping them around a bit. :-)

Absolutely brilliant!  I loved the entire story!  The way you weaved this tale was done is such a way that even though it was only nine chapters, it held the intensity of dozens more.  Thank you for sharing this.

Perfect ending. I liked the way you handled Tara and Anya, I always felt that Anya with her experience as a demon should have had more input and her insight respected more by the Scoobies, so you hit the button with that aspect of the story. Tara too, should have been more the voice of reason with her background and family - Willow and  Xander of course as always, it's all about them! Terrific read.
Hopefully there are new fics to come and  I will keep reading and reviewing.

I enjoyed your story it had some of everything even though I wish Spike would have just knocked Zander out. But I'm glad Buffy spoke up for herself for once.
Poor Spike got enough of a headache just roughing him up a bit. But yeah, I'm on the hating Xander bandwagon for the most part.

Well, accepted is a strong word in terms of the Scoobie's acceptance. But at least they'll stay out of their way..
