Good idea sending Joyce and Dawn away, as things stand they're a liability. Super update.
Not so much a liability but an added burden. The rest of them have some means of protecting themselves Joyce and Dawn don't. It's more important to Buffy to get her mom seen by a doctor than any apocalypse and Dawn needs to know what to do. So sending them to Wes who can help them both seems like the best plan.

You go Anya, putting naughty thoughts of Spike into Buffy's mind!! :) And Spike certainly deserves a special reward from Buffy when this is all over - having to put up with a whining teenager in a cramped vehicle for a few hours is not fun!!
The wait to read these chapters is always worth it - each one is more brilliant than the last! :) Keep them coming!!
Anya can always be counted on for naughty thoughts! Everybody needs a friend like her! Dawn didn't want to go, she wanted to stay and help. But now that she knows she is very important to battle she's willing to go. But not without a bit of whining.
