poor spike, but at least she's being relatively gentle with him, all things considered...usually she's a lot meaner when she breaks up with him :(

Loved this capsule view of Buffy's feelings. And, I am truly enjoying this story.
Thank you. I always felt that Buffy *made* herself not love Spike in S6, and so these words really felt true to me. :)
