Great start! I really enjoyed the interaction between Joyce, Whistler and Buffy. I thought it was interesting to see how Spike was dealing and Giles trying to plan her funeral. off to read the next chapter.

This is fantasic! loved the wording of the prophecy. Great rewrite of S5. Can't wait to get all caught up. Never read anything of your before, and I'm sorry that I'd almost missed this. Great beginning, thanks for the read.

This is really good. You nailed Buffy's pig-headedness down pat. And I love the final thing Joyce said to Buffy in this chapter, I hope she takes it to heart, because she certainly never seemed to figure it out on the show.
