The funny thing is that corn snakes usually have great personalities, so they do make good pets. I should get one for myself and name her Meret. ;-) Thanks for the feedback.

Yay! More story! Poor Dawn; rotten thing to find out about people who claim to be one's friend. She should know that Buffy threatened Giles over that "suggestion."

well well well ...isnt the slayer coming around....its about time..hehe...im still loving meret shes my favorite character i kid you not....well in this fic anyway hehe...and i really love spike and dawn interaction cuz well shes so sweet and fragile...and well spike is spike...*giggles*...anyway keep it uuuup

Excellent confrontation strategy between Spike and the Scoobies over Meret. Anya's mention of the Dawn debate was inspired.
I wish that they had addressed the abandoned plan to kill Dawn, or Giles killing Ben, or any number of the other season five threads that were dropped in six. Oh well. More fodder for the fanfic writers I suppose. Thanks for reviewing!
