Dumb bitch Buffy make her suffer. The Angel thing isn't realistic besides that good chapter.
There is a reason for Angel's behavior. It just hasn't been explained yet.

At least Buffy realized that what she did was completely wrong. There is a real darkness to Angel and I hope the others realize it soon.

Really want to smack the crap out of Giles and Xander. Angel is definitely not a champion and I seriously doubt Buffy is any more.
I have wanted to do that a time or two as well. I always believe that Spike made the better Champion anyway. He chose to fight. No curse for our vamp! Buffy needed to learn some humility when it comes to certain aspects of her life.
