He liked all his parts intact, even if he rarely got to use them. That's so sad. Reader wipes away a tear. Hope Buffy makes their deception look really good.

Nothing is easy when it comes to Buffy and Spike. Certainly not a complicated scheme like this - set sometime in season 5 before Crush. Thanks for the review.

Thanks Lynda, that's just it. This story is the first thing I ever wrote, precisely because I didn't need much imagination. I was given the characters and the situation, just had to figure how it would go from there. Glad you like it.

Good old nosy Willow - does anyone ever quiz her like that?
Don't think so, but then she always figures she got the answers for everything - first because she's a geek and figures she knows everything, and later because she thinks she can do everything with magic. Probably would have done her a world of good.

Breaking the contract would be interesing but I like where you've taken this. Buffy may be the slayer but she's just as naive as Willow sometimes. Spike knows how evil works in the world, they still don't understand it all. You're done a fantastic job, thanks for the read.
Thanks Verda. Buffy can be naive, she also chooses to be. Spike's got a much better understanding of evil - but I think even he underestimates (and sometimes overestimates) others' hatred and other passions.

Well, if you consider its mostly vampires that will need to be convinced - what do you think they'll need to do? Hint: He's already bitten Buffy so she's got the marks.

Of course they'll be some kind of Spuffy interaction going on...but probably not what you've come to expect...you'll have to let me know what you think of it.

I agree, Willow can be kind of a pest, but really, all she wants is Buffy's undivided attention.

awww this is making me antsy...this is so not going to go down right. Poor Buffy. I thought it was pretty funny though, Spike Implying that buffy was some kind of prostitute cause she wanted to keep the money from her sale lol.
Spike just cant pass up an opportunity to point out Buffy's hypocrisy. And no, nothing is going to go down right at all. Thanks for the review, Zoe.
