Brilliant story. I'm not much into vamp Buffy either, but this one works great. I really hope you continue it. The sooner, the better...

It would be interesting if you skipped ahead to season six, where Buffy still had to die to save Dawn, and Willow brings her back, but since she restore her to life, well, Buffy comes back actually alive.
Interesting idea, but I don't think it would work. Buffy wouldn't actually have any Summers blood by then, so couldn't jump in Dawn's place. And if she "died", she'd be dust, so resurrecting her would be a lot harder. Of course, WR&H obviously knows how to do that, so it would be possible. But Buffy would have to bite Dawn in order to have the right blood... which could work.... *goes off mumbling about possibilities...*

an excellent continuation. didn't all of angel's talk about disciplen make u wonder how he might punish 1/both lovers? also i notice you keep flirting with the thought of our two lovebirds doing anal. as vamps this might be the story to try it.
um... wasn't aware that I was flirting with that at all. Will have to reread the story and see where that came from. :) I think anyone who knows Angelus has a pretty good idea what his idea of discipline might be. :) And Spike was only too familiar with it. Glad you liked it. Vamp Buffy isn't usually my thing, but I was able to make it work for me without going too dark.

This fic duo was fantastic, as expected. I have spent the last week read your stuff whenever I have a free minute, and I love it all. I am hoping, though, that this fic in particular will get a sequel, as I really want to see Buffy deal with the Initiative, Faith waking up, Glory, et. all as a vampire.

very much enjoyed both these pieces - and I really like how you worked the hospital scene with Joyce and Spike in the first part -
Hope that you will continue with the series and I like the length, just long enough to tell one adventure -
It would be fun to see a light comedy at some point, maybe a glamour spell where all the scoobies have to play the parts of vamps -

Don't know why i re-read this again but i still enjoyed it the second time around.
I still say Spike went to easy on Buffy when she chose Angel over Spike in chapter 3. Spike wants private time but when Angel snaps his fingers she jumps like a dog. He should have left, she should have spent all her time trying to find him, go to him, then beg on her knees to be taken back.

Yup! Buffy's going to like the practice. Would love aclaiming between them at some point and will Spike be chipped? So glad that you're continuing this, because there is so much more to tell from their POV. Thanks AO, going to bed now. Loved it. Looking forward to the new one.
Obviously I could follow them through the rest of the seasons - would be interesting to see what affect her being vamped and already with Spike might have on the rest of the events.

would love to see a sequel...you're very talented and I really like vamp stories w/ Buffy as the vamp...i really like it that you have spike and buffy together...maybe they could mate in the future? I love that in other stories.
Thanks for the kind words. Vamp Buffy really hasn't been my thing, so I'm surprised to find that I may still have more story to tell. LOL I don't doubt that they will mate in the future - but I think they're going to have to get through some stuff first.

I like that your fics have nice short little story arcs - they always keep a reader's attention. They are quality, if not quantity. And your sequels makes it easier to keep track of plot details. Cheers for good writing!

Keep those plot bunnies running. You'll get no complaints from me...lol! This was a cute story and I would love to see another sequel to it. I rarely like vamp Buffy fictions, but yours was definitely enjoyable. Great work=)
