Really enjoyed this one. Spike would surely have been this selfless. I wish Buffy would have been as fast on the uptake *G*. Lovely and romantic with much hope in the end.

oh this was lovely, pet...such a deep grasp you have on the emotions of these two, the hurt they both have and the way they continually hurt each other so easily...but hope, in the end... :) lovely, really...very good job :)
I wanted to leave this story with a sense of hope that sometime in the future, things would be different, but still acknowledging that they have mountains of things to work out. I'm glad I seem to have succeeded. :) Thanks for reading and reviewing!

I really enjoyed this completely believable epiphany for Buffy, let's hope she sticks with it.
Let's hope she does! My intention with this story was to leave the characters -- and the reader -- with the knowledge that things would change, but in the future, acknowledging that the two still have problems to work out. I'm glad you've enjoyed it!

Excellent story. I like the way you didn't let Buffy get all gooey.

Oh wow! I really liked this. Is this a multiple-chapter story or a one-shot? I would definitely like to see more of how this could unfold, but oddly enough I'd still be perfectly satisfied if this was the end! Wonderful job, sweetie!
This would definitely be a one-shot; I never intended it to be anything but. I wrote it so that it could be placed most anywhere in S6 (within the confines of the relationship, that is!) and left where the relationship could go entirely up to the reader's imagination. I'm so glad you liked it! :D
