A great romp this chapter. Happy Anya was a hoot, supercool Joyce, and plenty of emotional turmoil all round!

Joyce was always very perceptive. Hope Buffy listens to her - and yes, Spike is an idiot for leaving her.

Have to say...nice twist.Sort of Tabula Rasa,with the nice Spuffy touch to it. I`ve read all the chapter at once, and I was really surprised by the Anyanka talking Norwegian. I`m norwegian you see,so it was really strange reading:)

Poor Joyce, she got Giles being all reserved and British when he came back to himself, Buffy having a meltdown and Dawn worked up over them having sex in her room.

Spike is almost as bad, since he's blaming himself for claiming her and thinking she doesn't want him. And after all the sex, and kind words they had shared. I hope he opens the bonds enough to see that while she had been confused she does feel something for him. Now if only Buffy's talk with her Mom could help her appreciate what she has with Spike

Does the fertility spell also make a vamp fertile as well? If it does that means that there will be three babies born on the same day! So hope that's the case. I'm especially loving your depiction of take control Joyce in this chapter. Certainly didn't see nearly enough of it in canon.

ROTFLMAO at the end.......and I hope Buffy realizes that Spike left for her more so than him. If he thought his presence would've helped in the end....wild horses would never have drove/drug him away..
