I know it is short but I least Buffy ackowledges that she belongs to Spike: All three sides of him.

OH MY.... Just love it. to see all parts of Spike and to have them all wanting Buffy. And Buffy not having a fit while demon Spike was not trying to let go. Great chapter.
Yes, I felt the three parts of he same person were necessary. And was quite certain they would all want Buffy. I think the traces of demon in a Slayer from the first Slayer give Buffy a strange kinship with Demon.

I really enjoyed Buffy's confrontation with the Demon, her musings throughtout the confrontation were very interesting. Loved the closing scene. Excellent chapter!

Buffy either screwed something up massively with her last sentence--or she accidentally did the one thing necessary to fix everything. I'm just not sure which it is. I'm very happy to see more of this story.

Wonderful job Linda. This chapter really worked out great. Liked that she claimed all of them. Feeling sorrier for William, thinking that he was still alive. That got to me the hardest. It really worked when you had the demon's first response was recognize her and then put a claim on her, something that because of William, Spike could never do. Thanks hon, looking forward to the next one.
Exactly! Demon has none of William‘s softer side, Spike does. They are a fascinating trio. I didn’t even know I was writing a claim until it happened! Then her demon blood just took over.

Absolutely! But haven’t you often wondered who are the demons who enter people when they become vamps? They have to come from somewhere!
