excellent chapter with Dawn and her strange change of behavior from the early "you have to rescue him" - not having had the "young brat sister" I was having trouble understanding her change -

Wow! So it really is him! Just about as many questions still to answer. Geez, the Summers women share more then blood, don't they? When in doubt, hurt the person with words if you can't with your fists. Glad that Buffy misses part of the old Spike. Hopefully once Dawn's around him more, she will remember that he was her best friend when Buffy was gone. Excellent chapter, thanks.

wonderful read, thank you. we have a moderately confused buffy, a majorly confused dawn (well, being a teenager adds some not needed points) and poor spike does have a clue.

Well, at least you showed that Dawn doesn't hate him as much in her own head. It'd be nice to see her something other than bitchy now, as that wasn't a permanent mode on the show, either. She's been missing her best friend for a long time, though....Buffy took him away, and he let her.

Great chapter. Good to know that its actually their Spike. You've got Dawn's personality down perfectly. But poor Spike, he doesn't even remember what he did wrong. Can't wait to see what you do with this, and what comes next.

lol...dawn's reactions make a bit more sense in this chapter, explained very well...poor spike, he doesn't seem like the same vamp, but i'm glad that apparently he is :) thanx for another awesome chapter, love :)

Great but painful chapter. You do a wonderful Bratty Dawn - I want to throttle her! Glad to have at least part of the mystery solved (maybe). Looking forward to more.
