Really happy to read this update. The story is well written and the plot is intriguing. Love the connection between Spike and Dawn and like Buffy giving Spike time while still reaffirming her love. Glad SHE is sure LOL.

Great talk he had with Dawn, so happy she knows about him, Loved how Buffy told him about her feelings, straight forward and sincere, maybe soon he'll start to believe her. Tonight seems to be a good start. Yup, we've missed this, hoping for another update sometime soon.

Lovely chapter. I love the way you've turned their relationship in season six on it's head. It's strange but neat to see Buffy being the one trying to prove that she really loves Spike, and Spike being the one who's afraid to believe it's true. And the scene between Spike and Dawn struck just the right note. Glad to hear this this is gonna be a long fic. That's my favorite kind! And it doesn't hurt at all that this is such an enthralling story. I'm completely hooked and can hardly wait to read the next update. By the way, glad to hear you're feeling better. Root canals are the absolute pits.

Some lovely bits in this chapter - already it's so different. Can't wait to see what you do with it, and how Buffy convinces Spike - now that she's been honest with herself about where the feelings originated.
