This chap was a nice change of pace... I like Melinda. Is she supposed to be that girl in Chosen that we see stopping a man from hitting her when all the Slayers get activated? Because that's the first thing I thought of when I read about her history. Glad to see that there's some relief in sight for Spike!
thanx, glad you like her...well, i based her off the idea of that girl, but that girl was white and melinda is black, so not precisely the same :) glad you liked the chapter, love ;)

YAY! Never soo happy to see Andrew in a story than now. He genuinely cares for Spike and will not blow anything off. Love Melinda too...great intro to this original character. Glad she appreciates Andrew too.
Now to have the good guys discover Siron has had Spike all this time. Even if rescue doesn't come for a while, they should be on the scent.
