Sure now she wants Spike around. Just like before, use him for muscle. Use the fact that he would do anything for someone he loves to bring him back. Convivent memory she has. When it benefits what she wants she remembers that he can love without a soul. But when it is something he wants he is just a soulless demon. This really isn't going to endear her to him. He knows her, knows the only reason she wants him back is because she is scared. Not because anything has changed.

fine chapter. really great line: "The idea that two of the strongest and most dangerous (to demons) adults he knew were clearly frightened for him, was unsettling enough to put a small hole in his sense of his own invulnerability."

How quick things can change with Angelus turned and Nina dead now. Now Buffy needs her Spike back. This really speed up her decision.
Things gotten dangerous all of a sudden. Too bad Spike can't protect his children in daylight too.

My eyes hurt from all the reading, but can I say I LOVE this story. Can't wait for more, you have me hanging onto your every typed word. Angel adn Spike both turned, and I find it wonderful how Spiek came back and Angel.. er, Angelus.
