That was a good idea, having Dalton be a Sireless vampire.I love the way you are getting around all the "rules" previously established, without ignoring them! I love this story; it is so exciting.!
{does a little happy dance} I am glad that you are liking this story ... thrilled actually. {Smiles} I try to make my stories believable and still able to fit within the framework of canon. Sometimes that just isn't possible. Heck if I wanted to just write a totally canon story we wouldn't have our wonderful Spuffy pair. I'm glad that you like the ways that I've gotten them together and how I've developed the timelines around it all. I did a lot of research and contemplating about what I wanted the vampire/slayer/turning lore to be when I wrote this. It was exciting to come up with it all. So, I'm glad you find it exciting to read as well.
[It is something I am having a little bit of difficulty with while writing Duty or Destiny. I'm having to make sure it would still make sense and fit in a Season 2 timeline. I use a lot of thoughts or inner emotions in that one to convey that what is seen on the outward appearance isn't exactly what is going on inside]

{grins} Revenge is my favorite story that I've written to date. I had a lot of fun with it, and most of the ideas flowed so well from start to finish. It grew into much more than I originally intended, but I loved writing it. Glad you liked it.
