When Worlds Collide: The Fellowship by enigma_k 02/27/2008 05:32 am Spike's sacrifice is so beautiful and touching. I love how Buffy wants to hang onto their moment together. 05/17/2006 08:04 am hmmm...wonder where he's ended up ;) lol....this could be interesting :) Niamh 03/20/2006 06:55 pm There are some stories that I feel compeled to read, over and over again, because they strike some chord with me. I have to admit, and I've said it so before, that I was very skeptical about this whole challenge. . . . but I'm so very glad you've proved me wrong, and continute to prove me wrong. I'm reading this again (and not for the second time, but third or fourth I think) because I see you've continued. . . and boy am I glad you have. The Ring saga was one of the first "fantasy" science fiction books and something I loved as a child (you know, when the first editions were printed -hah)and when someone finally did them justice on film, I was very happy to introduce the stories and characters to my son. . . . and now, you've done what I thought was impossible and added two completely diverse universes and put them together in a totally credible manner. Kudos. And thank you again. Nia Deb 12/23/2005 06:02 pm Fantastic weaving of both stories, with a new twist. Love it! 10/31/2005 02:19 am I wow this is grate! I dont read mqany crossovers, But Im realy injoying this one I hope for an update soon, Excelent writing so far, Ive totaly been drawn into the story. 10/10/2005 03:32 pm you know, i resisted reading this for the longest time...having read the books multiple (and you wouldn't believe how many times if i told you) and seen the movies (again with the disbelief) I couldn't see a way for the two 'verses to be melded. i have to say, you have done so quite seamlessly and with excellence. I will be adding this to my favorites, and hoping that you update soon, and frequently.
P. S. Tolkien, I think, would be proud. you've kept the spirit of the fellowship alive. jane 10/07/2005 08:39 pm I love this story it's great. Read three quarters of the book years ago but never finished it, though I would have if it had been as gripping as this version. | |||
