I like your fic, the idea is great. I just think Spike recovered too fast after a year of tourture... even if the chip is not the problem anymore... he still would be very traumatised.
I know what you're saying but the fic isn't just about Spike's recovery - there is so much more to do! As soon as he remembered about 314, he had to go back in to try to prove to himself that he was still the Big Bad and hadn't been totally broken. Scars are still there, as we'll see in the next few chapters! :)

Great story Mabel M - I think I would have liked to have some Spike scenes before Buffy finds him - the fights in the beginning. Also, it would be good to have the fights between him and Buffy. Looking forward to more and excellent banner.
