"Hello kiddies!" The north-London accent came from the front door, and five heads turned to face the vampire with large frowns on their faces.

Five since Olivia had already gone to lie down - the whole idea of demons and monsters too much for her to handle. It didn't bode well for poor Giles.

Spike shut the front door and walked inside, hanging his duster up on the way in. "What? No 'Hello'? No 'Where have you been?' No hugs and kisses for the vampire?" He asked sarcastically.

Buffy mouthed, but stopping as she recalled that couldn't speak. Rolling her eyes she quickly wrote on her board

~ WHY CAN YOU SPEAK? ~

Spike moved further into the room, raising a scarred eyebrow, "Dunno, love, just a habit I picked up couple of centuries ago and it kinda stuck." He responded.

She threw a throw pillow at him, her shoulders slumping in exasperation:

~ THE WHOLE TOWN CAN'T SPEAK SINCE LAST NIGHT, WHY CAN YOU? ~

"Oh!" The vampire replied, breathing a mock sigh of relief, "I wasn't in town last night - I went up to LA."

Buffy frowned and turned back to Giles:

~ CAN WE USE HIM? ~

Giles, who had been furiously flicking through the pages of his fairy storybook during the encounter, looked up as Buffy banged on the table, indicating the board.

Giles motioned for her to give him the board and he quickly wrote his reply:

~ I BELIEVE SO, IT JUST WANTS A VOICE. ~

The group turned back to the vampire as Giles explained what they needed him to do.

Spike smiled evilly, his eyes roaming up and down Buffy's body, resting on her neck.

"I want some of her slayer blood again, it's perfect and I didn't have to eat for a week last time." He said leering at Buffy who blushed.

The group's eyes bugged at the request and the slayer's reaction and they all wrote on their boards, holding them up for the room to see.

~ WHAT? YOU CAN'T BITE HER! ~ Xander's read, his eyes echoing the indignant tone of his words.

~ HOW MUCH BLOOD? ~ Anya's read, ever the pragmatist.

Giles' and Willow's board read the same thing:

~ AGAIN?!? ~

Buffy sighed silently, her head in her hands. She slowly raised her eyes to the room, peering out at them between her fingers.

Scowling at Spike who was laughing at her, she grabbed Xander's and Anya's boards, wiping them quickly and began to write. She stopped as Willow raised her board.

~ HOW HAS SPIKE HAD ANY OF YOUR BLOOD BUFFY? HE CAN'T BITE. ~

Spike answered as Buffy blushed further, "The chip works on intent, Red. I wasn't trying to hurt her."

There was a pause as the group slowly digested the information, "And she offered it to me." Spike added.

The group looked at Buffy quickly who had her head back in her hands. She wrote slowly on the board and reluctantly showed it to the group:

~ WE WERE ENGAGED. ~

Willow, who had retrieved her board, wrote:

~ WHY DID HE BITE YOU THEN? ~

Giles, who was blushing furiously, tapped on the table near by and all eyes shot to his board:

~ VAMPIRES BITE THEIR PARTNERS DURING SEX. ~

Xander stood quickly, silently shouting

Buffy didn't bother to look at him and just flashed him her board:

~ WE WERE ENGAGED. ~

She rubbed it off then showed her board to Spike, who was still smiling:

~ IF I LET YOU BITE ME, WILL YOU DO IT? ~

"Yep!" He responded, *I don't believe she's gonna let me! *

~ I THINK THEY'RE AT THE OLD HOTEL, GO IN, SCREAM, THE END. ~

"My blood? Or rather yours." He asked, smiling evilly.

~ WE'LL GO TO MY HOUSE BEFORE - I NEED TO GET SOME STUFF. ~

~ SHOULD WE GO WITH YOU? ~ Willow wrote, concerned.

~ NO, I'LL BE FINE. I JUST SMASH THE BOX RIGHT GILES? ~

Giles nodded, still fazed from the whole encounter and watched as the silent slayer lead the happy vampire out of the house.

Buffy opened the door to her house and moved inside. She left Spike in the living room, mouthing

Before moving upstairs to change. It had been surprisingly hot that day and she hadn't dressed the part.

Once changed in some loose cotton pants and a spaghetti strap top, she moved to the bathroom splashing cold water on to her face.

She stared into her eyes in the mirror, her mind flashing back to the last time he had bitten her.

She remembered quite clearly how he'd kissed her neck before sinking his fangs into her. Her orgasm had hit again as he climaxed over and over, moaning against her neck, his hands moving to fondle her breasts.

The purr that had resonated around the room after he'd stopped drinking had been strangely calming - Angel hadn't purred that loud after their one time, and that contentment had cost him his soul.

Buffy jumped as Spike slid his arms around her waist, nuzzling at her neck.

Her dream was quickly becoming a reality.

Her head fell back automatically and she closed her eyes as he gently kissed her shoulder, her memories having re-invoked the feelings she had felt that day they were 'engaged' and somehow she just couldn't quite find the energy to stop him.

His hands slid up her top, caressing her smooth, warm skin and she writhed back against him, the coolness of his fingers making her shiver.

Suddenly, she seemed to wake from the spell as the slayer realised what was going on and turned around, breaking his embrace, pushing him away slightly.

Her eyes still closed, now from embarrassment, she tilted her neck and motioned for him to do it.

Spike smiled and brushed a gentle kiss across her lips instead. Buffy gasped, her eyes shooting open and Spike used the opportunity to slip his tongue inside her mouth, exploring the contours of her mouth.

His arms wormed their way back around her body, one holding her to him, the other snagging the back of her head as he attacked her mouth.

As she felt the bulge in his jeans she moaned rocking her hips forward, her arms wrapping themselves around his neck as she succumbed to the feelings strumming through her veins.

Spike picked her up and she wrapped her legs around his waist as he moved them back to her bedroom, their lips never leaving.

He placed her gently on the bed, laying over her his weight on one arm as he continued to kiss her, his other hand travelling the length of her body before slipping under her top to caress her free breasts.

Buffy moaned, thrusting her chest into his palm. Buffy broke away from his mouth to remove her top and as his lips found hers once more she quickly unbuttoned his red shirt, tugging on his black t-shirt.

Spike hastily took off both tops, kissing down her body, between her breasts and over her taut stomach. Removing her pants and underwear he tasted her heat, bringing her to orgasm.

He allowed her to calm as he nipped and licked his way up to her breasts. Circling his tongue around the erect nipples, tugging on them gently.

Buffy couldn't take it anymore and she pulled on his platinum hair, forcing him from her chest and to her mouth - his cold body blanketing her heated one.

She wasn't sure quite when he'd lost his pants but he was soon inside her, moving quicker as they neared release.

Spike rocked against her clit as he felt her orgasm begin, pushing her over with a mute scream of his name. Buffy tilted her head and Spike sunk his fangs into her neck as he came, moaning loudly.

When he became to heavy Buffy pushed on his shoulders and he moved them to their sides, his face not leaving her neck as he purred loudly.

Buffy smiled, slightly shocked, at the sound of his contentment vibrating through her body, closing her eyes - feeling totally boneless and pleasured.

Something monumental had changed between them just then.

And she didn't care.

---

It was almost midnight when they found the energy to move and they walked in comfortable silence to the Old Hotel.

Buffy indicated that she would go in first, handing an axe to Spike, and her own trusty crossbow securely around her shoulder.

As she turned to go in, Spike spun her around, kissing her hungrily. She returned his vigour, breaking when she had to breath.

The slayer offered him a small smile and went inside. They moved stealthily into the main room, crossing silently to the stairs.

The vampire breaking the neck of the one-zombie/mummy creature that attempted to jump on the slayer. Buffy capped as many off with bolts as she could as Spike shouted as loud as he could.

There were sickening multiple head explosions, the green goo just missing the slayer and vampire.

Buffy spotted the wooden box on a table, right next to five jars of hearts. She made a face before casually flipping open the box.

Streams of white light flew from their constraints, one soaring straight into the slayer. She gasped slightly as it entered her.

"Hello?" She tested, and then smiled a real smile as she heard her voice. "Nice to be back!"

"Yeah, pet." Spike replied, before pulling her back into his arms and kissing her once again.

Buffy moaned loudly, the sound finally audible, sliding her hands up his chest to thread in his short hair.

"Buffy?" Riley's shocked voice broke the couple apart and Buffy looked up at him, clad in his army uniform.

"Riley, hi. What are you doing here? It’s late. You look kinda army-ish you know." She was babbling, her mind attempting to come up with a plausible excuse for her and Spike's presence here.

"What are you doing here?" The commander asked, his eyes darting between the vampire - who he was sure he recognised - and slayer.

"Umm, we...uh...came back to look for...this." She managed, holding up a psychology book that was in her bag. "I was in here the other day, and I left it...here." She explained in a rush.

Riley nodded slowly, his mind finding the excuse fairly believable. His eyes rested on the peroxide blonde and his brows furrowed in confusion, "Don't I know you?"

Spike exchanged a glance with Buffy before answering, "I doubt it, I just moved here...to visit...uh...Buffy."

Buffy smiled slightly - she'd never heard him call her by her name before. Deciding to end the conversation she reached for Spikes hand, entwining their fingers, "Well, we better-"

Riley’s beeper ringing cut her off, "Yeah, I'll see you in class Buffy. Nice to meet you, uh..."

"Spike."

"Right, Spike. Goodnight." The commando left, his mind briefly reeling over the name as it sparked his memory as the guy Buffy said she was marrying earlier then denied as a joke.

*Obviously more going on then she said.* The thought was quickly dismissed as his beeper buzzed once more and he quickened his pace to a jog in an attempt to meet up with his team and report to base.

Buffy breathed a sigh of relief as she watched him go. She looked up at Spike, "Come on, we'd better go back to Giles."

They walked the short distance to Giles' apartment in mostly a comfortable silence. The quiet was broken at the end, when Buffy was about to enter the house; Spike pulled her in to his arms, kissing her soundly on the mouth.

After a few minutes he broke, allowing her to breathe. He smiled down at her, speaking quietly "What are you going to say to your Scooby's pet?"

Buffy bit her bottom lip as she recalled that she would have to have that 'conversation' again. She giggled slightly as a silly though workable plan came to mind, "Well, we could always just let them catch us kissing again."

Spike smiled, shocked at how grateful he felt that she wasn't going to write them off before they'd even began, and captured her lips again, wrapping his arms around her. On their way round her body he knocked on the door and the two waited for the inevitable screams and dropped china.

"Oh dear lord!" Giles' panicked voice broke into their aroused haze and they reluctantly broke apart.

"BUFFY!" Willow and Xander screamed at the same time, while Anya said plainly, "I guess they had sex again."

---

Thirty minutes later Buffy and Spike sat kissing on the leather chair while the other two teenagers and ex-demon watched in shock.

Giles was in the kitchen making a strong pot of tea, his mind pausing to wonder if they were under a spell. He cleared his throat, but Spike spoke first as he allowed Buffy to get some much needed oxygen.

"No mate, we're not under a spell."

"I don't see how you'd know." Xander muttered petulantly.

Giles sighed, bringing in the tray of tea and biscuits, setting it down in the middle of the coffee table. He still had biscuits left from Willow's mad making dash and he watched as Anya, Xander, Willow and Buffy grabbed a biscuit each, the slayer taking two.

Spike tried to take the biscuit from her, but she held it out of his reach leaning in to kiss him. When she had him in a state of high arousal she pulled back, placing the biscuit in his open mouth as he tried to recapture her lips.

She giggled at the expression on his face and kissed his nose before turning around to her friends. She giggled at their open mouths and shocked looks, and clicked her fingers, laughing even more as their mouths shut simultaneous with an audible clack.

"Oh, guys, something you should know - I'm thinking Riley is one of those commando people."

Willow's eyes bugged, "How do you know?"

"He was kinda there, in the old hotel, all kitted out in the latest G I Joe outfit. Also he thought he knew Spike - which he could have done from the chipping." Buffy explained, smiling as Spike's arms pulled her closer and he pressed a kiss to her neck.

"How did you explain your presence?" The watcher asked, the group studiously avoiding looking at the vampire who was still kissing the slayer's neck as she spoke.

"I said I'd left a book - I think he believed me, but he had to go like two minutes into the conversation, so he could have been in a hurry. But he didn't see me fighting."

"Just kissing mortal enemies?" Xander asked, glaring at the couple. Still unable to accept they weren't under a spell of some sort.

Buffy just laughed, too happy to take offence and pressed a kiss to Spike's lips before answering, "Just the one."

Willow giggled, able to be happy for her friend, then looked at her watch, "Ach! It’s nearly two and I have an early class. Buffy, are you coming home?"

The slayer was about to say yes when Spike thrust his hips into her bottom letting her feel his erection, "No-ooh..." She cleared her throat. "...I don't have a class till the afternoon so I'll stay at my house - I have to clear up the kitchen before my mom gets back anyway."

Xander quickly covered his girlfriend's mouth. "We don't wanna know why! See you tomorrow guys." Xander said, taking a puzzled Anya with him.

The witch, slayer and vampire said their goodbyes, leaving a relieved and concerned watcher to ponder the ramifications of both the new commando group and the new vampire in his slayer's life.

"Don't speak...don't say a word..." He murmured, before reaching for the scotch.

The End

Another silly PWP I know!
