Wow. really like this.  You should probably mark it complete... I almost didn't read it because I thought it was unfinished.  I usually don't like 'human' stories... but this one with the shanshu -- it works within context of canon, and its twists and turns are believable.    I ended up being quite glad that Spike didn't get himself turned again...  I found myself fearing that at one point.  That would have sucked.
