Enjoyed!  But, OK, I'll bite.  I don't get the joke...
¡Yay! I'm glad you enjoyed the not-strictly Spuffy epilogue. Very generous of you to comment.
(Shhh! Don't tell anyone. The Slayers are named after Bratz dolls. Heh. Told you it wasn't much of a joke.)

Epilogue
Cute story.  THe demons were fun.  Glad they had something to slay at the wedding that didn't make a total disaster of it all.

Your joke - is it that Kumi means "coming together" in Japanese?
Yes, the demons were more like the entertainment course for the Slayers than an actual threat. Silly demons definitely picked the wrong wedding to raid. I'm glad you found the story diverting. Thanks a bunch for commenting!

I didn't know that about the name Kumi, so I've learned something new! (My joke is pretty silly, and contains nothing highbrow like foreign languages. Totally mass US culture stuff.)

Yasmin? I think that's the name of my daughter's birth control pills. :)

Cute and fun. Schmoopy is good sometimes.
Nope, it's not birth control, but I learned something new! (I'm sort of past that stage myself, you know.)

Hopefully, this will be the outer limit of my schmoopiness, though I probably shouldn't underestimate my capacity for same. I did try to get it all out of my system. My betas will hopefully be able to apply the brakes if it gets too floppy.

Thanks for commenting!

Beautiful mix of ceremonies! Wonderful vows!
Aww shucks! I'm glad the potpourri of vows appealed to you. The handfasting ceremony sort of fell into my lap, but it took a bit of struggle to get everything just so. Thanks to my betas, we got there!

Very romantic wedding.  LMAO at the Slayers crying for Angel  and at
Live in sin like bleeding hippies
I guess it's okay that I listed this as romantic AND funny, then. I'm pleased you found some success in both areas. The "bleeding hippies" bit was a paraphrase of something I remember some American punk musicians saying when they got married. I'm not sure what possessed me to torture Angel with teary women, but it was fun to do it to him. Heh. Angel torture=Win! Thanks for commenting, my dear.

LOVE LOVE LOVED it!!!!!
Maybe an epilogue with baby fluffiness??!
¡Yay! I'm so glad you liked it. There will be an epilogue, but the babies involved will probably not be what you expect. *looks shifty*

I seriously loved that! And I always hate baby fics and human Spike fics! Hee hee! Great job.
Hee! I know what you mean, though I have read some great shansued Spike stories. I just don't want him to lose his Spikeyness. I think human (non-Slayer) Buffy is even harder to take, though.

I'm so happy you loved it. Seriously. I was afraid it was going to tip too far into the sappy realm, without me noticing, so I tried to keep it real. Well, as real as you get with demons raiding the festivities, which is real for them. I enjoy life's absurdities, so hopefully that came through.

Thanks so much for commenting!

Re your comment about maturity: Yes, it worked! People who are exposed to trauma at a young age either step up to it or not in some cases. Buffy has shown responsibility for the most part, so why not? (ROTFL re Dawn being so tall.)
Hee! Yes, Buffy might be the grown-up, but Dawn is going to be tower above her whole life.

I like Buffy to show a bit of personal growth, but I understand why not everybody goes that way in fic. Thanks so much for your thoughtful comments.

he went out and got stinking with Clem and lost his car -  LOL - glad to see that Spike hasn't let being human go to his head.  Buffy is all grown up.  Kinda scary and kinda nice.
Hee! Well, we all know Spike follows his blood, which doesn't exactly flow in the direction of his head, right? He might start to approach life more, ahem, soberly at some point, but I figure it wouldn't start right away.

Grown up Buffy is a bit of a mind-bender, isn't she? I'm still not sure I've completely convinced myself that she's not a pod or something. Thanks for your comments!

I sure say it did! This is great stuff! Although, how did Spike become human? I did love the bit about naked sunbathing and aloe! ;)
I so glad you enjoyed the first part. I think we all can get behind the idea of soothing Spike's rosy behind, amirite?

To find out how Spike became human, read "With This Ring" which is also posted here on BSV. I participate in the Live Journal Seasonal_Spuffy challenge, and "Ring" was my entry for the Spring round, and "Skin" is the Fall followup! I guess I should start listing these as a series, though I'm not sure I'll keep going after the next installment, posting today. But I didn't think I'd have a sequel to "Ring", until reader's comments started to give me ideas!

Yes, comments rock! Thanks for the taking the time!

Of course it did! Although, it would have been worth just for "Spike doesn't do calm. Except in the most dire emergencies"  and "Drama, thy name is Spike."  LOL
Sweet of you to say it, SlayMe. Heh.
