Poor Spike. Can you imagine what his season 2 self would have thought of that? Not only killing Drusilla, but becoming  a Slayer.

That was devastating.  I love the idea of Spike as a slayer.  However, his first act as a slayer being to kill his own sire... that was a twist I hadn't expected at all.  Interesting that it took Dru's arrival for them to figure that Spike was a slayer.  I love Dru and I really wish there were more fics with more Dru in them.  I do wish that maybe Illyria and Dru could team up somehow... and somehow Dru would want to join the blue god on the side of good...  Darn, I'm gonna have to write that now, aren't I?

Great beginning although I always worry about the effects of the Shanshu. It would be cruel of the PTB to leave Spike with only human powers so he couldn't keep fighting or even making love to Buffy since she would break a normal human. More story please.
