Just. Plain. Gorgeous. You have done a marvelous job in writing this effective fic, and the emotions come out strongly and smoothly. You should be proud. But despite the happy ending, I don't think I would go so far as to say that it isn't dark.

OOOo really sad but had that necessary happy ending! Want an epilogue! Can SO believe Giles and Xander would "protect" Buffy from soulless Spike ($%^&*()*&^). Can believe the soul burnt in the Hellmouth, heck it makes sense of ME's bad story since Angel was meant ot wear it and W&H gave it to him! So glad Buffy is still young and immortal! Excellent piece.
