that was very sweet... interesting not to have Spike under the influence.  Think that's the first time I've seen that.

The thing I liked best about this chapter was the emotional vibe rolling off Spike...so very, very heartfelt.

Shorter than I'd hoped, but thoroughly enjoyable. I loved that conversation between Giles and Buffy. For ground that is so frequently tread, that wisdom from Giles is far too rare. Great story.

Well I'm curious how this is going to work out since apparently there was only a one way claim made. Going to be a rough situation if she can't reciprocate and he can't leave. He did a nice job of trying to respect her true feelings while dealing with his own about their current situation. I liked how he had to keep reminding himself he was evil since his thoughts were such the opposite.

An excellent, new take on the episode. I can't wait to see how you continue to twist it.
