This was a fabulous chapter filled with LOVE. You chose the right words when Buffy refers to it as sweet intimacy .... the whole chapter is exactly that. This was better than sex.
Glad they touched on the past but chose to make a new future and delighted that Buffy is not going to be secretive from the outset.
I would have loved to have them hash out their feelings this honestly on the show.

Thank you muchly! :-) I enjoyed writing this chapter hugely. To have Spike and Buffy finally this close was what the show really needed and there were glimpses right at the end, but not enough for my liking! Hehe. Thank you as always for reading and for leaving lots of yummy feedback.

Wow, had some chapters to catch up with. Wonderful sense of how things have changed - Spike's own hesitancy, Buffy's inability to say what she really means - it's all very well done and affecting.
