It's an interesting story so far (although I've not read the comics so I'm a bit unsure of the setting). Without sounding like a grammar nazi, a "juggler" is someone like Penn Jillette. "Jugular" is the vein that runs along the side of the neck. When I read "juggler" it took me out of the story for a second.
