Whoa hon...just got caught up and this is really excellent.  I can see Spike in this sort of hell.  Too funny he he still a white hat even in that place, a cop protecting others.  Glad Buffy was gone to bring him home though. 

Too bad she doesn't really remember who she is and why she is there but Xander helped at least I hope he has.
