Why do I think Buffy is going to make a bad bad choice.  Great story.  Love the mean Spike. 

Arrgh!  Good cliff hanger but I worry about Spike.

This is already very entertaining.  You're doing an excellent job conveying the dark changes this world has wrought in Buffy.   She was left with no choices, so it's no wonder she turned to drugs in order to get through the day.  She's also become inured to using her body to get what she wants, so her aggressiveness toward Spike makes sense.

Spike's always enjoyed the level of humanity he's been left with, so I can understand pursuing the glow so he wouldn't lose it completely.  Buffy's complete dismissal of returning home is certainly a complication.  If she keeps fighting Spike, the journey is going to be that much more difficult.  

I hope Buffy made the right choice.

Ah, a sealing spell. That makes sense. So I wonder which Buffy has chosen? To stay with Spike and get her powers back but have to go home, or make off with the cash and try to get back to her brothel to live in denial?... Hmm... Depends just how much of Buffy there is left in there...
