Aww.... Ian is adorable. And the character growth you've given Anya is great and it shows. I'm just happy that Xander and Willow are beginning to come around.

Excellent story telling, good characterizations, they come alive and are seen from all angles.

Ian has no idea what he has gotten himself into when he flew out with the council.  I just love his first comments to Buffy.  She is a mother now and she is bouncing back.  Only 4 hours and she is running things.  Xander really could not believe that life would stop without him being around.  Anya has found her stride.  Oz is in his family element.  Buffy and Spike are parents to not only 2 teenagers but to twins now.  ANd just love Connor.  He is still learning but he has to know that NO ONE would go against the orders of Spike.  Riley just never had a chance.  Awesome awesome awesome chapter.  and always, I hope you get better, completely better soon.

Love your Dr. Ian and Xander treatments.  Perfect closing lines.
Looking forward to your notes regarding Joss and Spike - I am always so confused with some of the ideas that are said regarding this character - and particularly the idea that Spike was totally not the right partner for Buffy.  It's complete nonsense as far as I am concerned.  Any knowledge that you bring out about what Joss Whedon's plans and ideas about this character will be much appreciated by this reader.

Oops! Sorry about blank review - cat trod on the keyboard.  no, really, she did.  Enjoying the outsider's viewpoint - highlights the tight bonds within the group. And yah boo sucks, Xander.

Ah... dear old Mash - a nice reminder - and debutant Ian's final question says it all!

Lovely to see you back. Poor Ian! Wait until he gets to the brain surgery.
