I simply love this story - and I love your resolution that allows for changes in both the dimensions. Look forward to the next one. I have been enjoying reading again some of your works the last few days.

Wonderful - Beautiful Story you had Spike perfect and your Buffy's post "Chosen" makes for a very believable development of her loss of Spike and their reunion-

Wow!! You made me cry - when they were going to be separated and were trying to reach each other, I was just bawling. And I kept thinking if she can't stay, why can't he go with her? So when you did it - when you let her keep Spike - it absolutely made my dary. I cried even more, just so chuffed. Thank you.

Hey, just rereading this and still thoroughly enjoying it. You are a wonderful writer and I love all of your stories. I have picked this one to reread as I have read all of your others ones too often so this is still kinda fresh. (mmm may just revise that statement and go read some others too LOL)
Your characterisations (spelling pls) are exactly as I imagine. Hopefully I don't sound to suckupish but you are def one of my fav authors along with Kari and Bloodshedbaby.
The one thing I really appreciate is that you never leave a story WIP so thanks for that.

I too hate reading stories that never get finished. I need to find out what happens! So I made a vow never to leave my readers hanging. I finish a story before I start to post, when all that's left to do is the clean up.

Ahh! It's over! Madness...not that I'm not happy Spike got to go with Buffy and all, but it kinda makes me sad for the other Buffy, even if she is a..you know. She won't get to know the love Spike would have taught her. Tsk tsk. Great story!! Really loved reading it!!
Didn't deserve him, did she? :D But, y'know, there's another story in there - what happens to that Buffy after. I'll have to look into that once I finish my present WIPs. I'm so glad you enjoyed this one! Thank you!

Two weeks? Yow! Not a chance! It takes me a week to write a chapter. Maybe in a month I'll have the WIP I'm working on completed. :D But I'm so glad you liked this story!

Hopefully younger Buffy will get a better deal than what her older counterpart went through (though, life without Spike is plain misery in my humble opinion- lol). And she'll ditich Angel and Riley and find someone better. At least this way she'll get spared a lot of crap.
I kinda felt a tad sorry for Dawn, what with the Spike not knowing her. I mean yeah he'll take to her the exact same way, but that intense connection from summer before season six is gone. On the plus side, he doesn't remember her horribleness to him in season seven. So I guess it even outs.
Anyway, great story! Nice and light hearted and all that jazz. Can't wait for whatever you bring out next!

Dawn chose to treat him that way in S7, so she deserves it. I'm a little mad at Dawn for that - Xander probably put the rape attempt in the worst possible light, but that intense connection meant that she should have known Spike better and at least considered whether something might have driven him to it.

Sweet end. but what happens to the other Buffy?
With any luck, she'll learn to see the grays and what's really important in a man and find someone better than Riley or Angel. With the info the older Buffy left for her, she won't have to die to beat Glory. She could get Angel to kill Ben for her and also perhaps make him fill in where Spike would have, like keeping an eye on Joyce's aneurysm. Thank you for liking the story!

i always feel bad for the original spike in these kinds of fics... he dies and then gets replaced by a look alike while the original. the one who suffered all those years to prove himself to buffy, is left dead and most likely being tormented in hell for all eternity while some other guy gets the happily ever after spike so richly deserved
I know! I feel like that too. That's why I usually write fics that change everything way before, so Spike never has to suffer. But some stories, like this one, don't allow it. (Oh, and after sacrificing himself at the Hellmouth, I don't think any just Power would send Spike to hell.)
