Good so far!   I hated that Spike was dusted, though.    Buffy really needs his help more often than she ever wanted to admit, and the others always refused to see it.    Spike could have continued being evil, and had other vampires working for him, bringing him dead (or nearly dead) "meals", but he didn't.    Spike defied his very nature in order to help Buffy and the Scoobies, yet NO ONE EVER SAW THAT!!!!!   Not even Giles could see that Spike was doing good by helping them.    No one had paid him since before Buffy "died", yet he stayed to protect Dawn and all of the Scoobies during the 147 days that Buffy was gone; and still, NO ONE NOTICED WHAT HE WAS DOING!!!!    I wish someone would address this issue in detail for once.     That could be a way to go.    It would be great if Angel showed up, having "felt" Spike's dusting, and threaten Xander with harm because of it' maybe even Drusilla should come back, in order to make them all see what a vicious "serial killer" a vampire can be.

Now that I've had my say, I want to thank you for the good read.   You hit the charcters right on for me.   Thank you for sharing your talent with the rest of us.

Good chapter, I'm glad that you had Buffy and Dawn acknowledge how they both felt. You have kept Xander true to form - clueless and uncomprehending of anyone else's feelings. Good fight scene with Warren and a nice change to the episode, looking forward to the next chapter.

I liked this story in spite of the fact that Spike is dust.    I would truly like to see the completed story sometime, so I really hope that you will be able to add to it.   

It would be great if TPTB decided to send Spike back (maybe slightly altered, i.e. soul, natural hair color, or even human), in order to help the main characters in their battle against the nerd trio, etc.    Just a thought.

Very good!!!     I hope you are able to finish this sometime.    It would also be great if TPTB decided to help Buffy out with, say, A Champion.    Just a thought.   

I like the fact that you kept Anya human and not made her a Vengence Demon again like so many others have.     Xander really could use an attitude adjustment, and so can Willow; they are both too judgemental of everyone else, but never seem to blame themselves for their own messes.     I would really like to see someone straighten them both out for good!       Maybe TPTB can send a messenger to get the point across (SPIKE????).    Just a thought.
