So Spike wished for Buffy to be 'put to rights'. I suppose it was up to Halfrek's interpretation, but hopefully that would also cure her depression and detachment.... Very neat.
The wording was intentional on the author's part, if not Spike's. ;-)

Hilarious! Love that you made a fic out of "shoebox full of baby howler monkeys", one of the show's cleverest turns of phrase.
