Just wanted to add some additonal "review counts" for this wonderful story - don't know if you read reviews now - probably not after all this time, still it's nice for me that I can add to the count again since I have always enjoyed this story.

F*** Xander and Willow, they are both incredibly selfish and wrapped up in their own little world. They both seem to think that Buffy should be the good little girl and listen to their opinions and take them to heart. I love that you took Buffy from being the empty hollow b**** that she was in the series to what she is here. It sits much better. Loving it and can barely pull myself away from the computer...

So glad to see Buffy stickin' to her guns. Kinda wished that Xander would get himself into a situation where he needed Spike's help and said Spike told him "remember I'm evil," and walk away. I know, now I'm being evil. Just love these characters!

Xander is a fool, blind, and an idiot. He won't give at all or even try to look for anything good in anyone that he doesn't self-righteously thinks deserves it. I am glad that Spike and Buffy told Dawn the good news. That was great. It is sad to see Willow in such a bad place, but she is bringing it upon herself. She is so addicted to the magic already that being without it has caused her to come to this. That is so sad. Look forward tp seeing what happens next.

Good chapter. Xander really needs a to be hit upside the head.

Poignant disintegration, and the strain of growing up and changing shown so beautifully here, you can feel the awkwardness and the pain and anger. Awesome job with this chap, babe.

Excellent chappie. I'm glad Buffy could put her anger aside to try and make up with Willow. She doesn't deserve it but it's good to see Buffy hasn't changed deep down. I'd say Xander's coming to the end of his second chances. Love it.

It gets increasingly difficult to find redeeming attributes in Xander at times. Like now. Great update and looking forward to more. Thanks.

Xander's pretty much a freak, isn't he? The fact that he noticed that her reaction was normally to wither says a lot about the fact that he realizes he has been bullying her.

Is it just me, or is Xander becoming more and more twisted up by the day? Great story, by the way. =>

OMG-what is Xander's problem? Well besided the obvious? I can't wait to see where this goes...hurry Pet! I can do this knee beg thing again if it will help?

Good grief! Willow is killing herself because she has no power to use irresponsibly and Xander is determined he can live without Buffy, Dawn, Anya or Tara. If Willow dies, he will be totally alone. Pretty grim for the Scoobies. More story please.

I can't wait to see what you do with both Willow and Xander in this fic. Excellent chps! Sorry I haven't reveiwed the last couple but I have been running in and out.

Oh, Goddess. I don't know what to say here. Awesome update, and I can't wait to read more, but this is just horrific. The Scoobies and their controlling manners tend to drive me up the wall, but the thought of them all being estranged just tears at the heartstrings. Update again soon, please! -Lisa
