As you know I am a former writer myself and I have to tell you your writing flows beautifully! Most impressive portrayal of Buffy's thought processes too.
Roll in the upcoming war should be role. The space they are giving you to write all this in, they should supply you a spell check of some sort.

Intersting begining to the story. I am lookind forward to see where you take it.. One small note - in the sentence -
