Gaaaaaaahhhhhhhh...evil cliff hanger! Oh dear I certainly hope Buffy finds out what's about to happen to Spike. It would at least let her see how honest he's been with her. I'm worried about WIllow however....seething is not good with her personality and inclinations for revenge. Spike has enough problems without having Willow on his case forever after. Really great upate. SO happy you are putting these chapters out quickly (an shamed about my own sloth!). Love your other story as well, Belonging.....sigh...such richess!

Hmm sometimes things just don't make much sense. I mean Vampires got superhearing and all and still he gets jumped when doing the spying thing, I really find it hard to belive. Sure if he had been daydreaming or something and not paying attention but he was on edge and doing the whole thing carefully and still not able to sense when she came around. I mean he's been spying on her for a while now and knows how insane and paranoid she is. I hope you got some sort of good explanation as to how she managed to sneak up on him. Aside from that I like this story and I'm interested in what happened to Giles, is he around or what?

Yikes! Spike is going to have to talk fast to get out of this one...although I can't see what he could say that could get him out of it. Poor Spike.
I like your portrayal of Xander. It's refreshing to see someone refer to his positive attributes; read too much bashing fic.
