i am enjoying this fic immensely. i do have a small problem: how can spike miss the presense of a master vampire close enough to hear his conversation. thanks for the read.
Thank you! The way I figure it, no one knows how far a vampire can sense another one, so I've been going with that. Also, in "Surprise", Spike and Dru don't notice that both Angel and Buffy were watching them from above - the Judge pointed it out first. I guess it depends on proximity and how much attention a vampire is paying to their surroundings. He'll be catching on soon, though, that someone's watching him. I hope you continue to enjoy the fic!

OMG! That seems like Drusilla did know and was probably jealous. More story please.
Drusilla definitely did know and wanted Tessa to leave, undoubtedly disliking William paying attention more to Tessa than her. I hope you continue to like the fic!

yeah...i bet...oh i have a feeling whatever they did to tessa is going to be just horrible *cringing*...well buffy took that news badly but not as badly as i expected...great update, great characterization...love this story!!
