i wait 4 ur story like mad. the last para made it seem like spike broke the claim. so is sunnydale in the offing?still waiting 2 see who the girl in the black n white shirt is.

How is Spike going to break this incomplete claim without Buffy's presence? I get that Angelus is jealous and Merrick is a true Wanker but I don't get what Spike is supposed to do. Does he yell "repudio" or something three times? Wouldn't he have to do it to her face?

Yup, the claim is incomplete especially since Spike wouldn't let Buffy respond to it. I see Merrick as just being quite protective and Angel just has his views on how things should be.
