I rarely like Angel but you've managed for me to be glad that he's there for a change. Was hoping that Xander might of pissed his pants after Angel grabbed him. Another great chapter.
Gotta admit that Angel is not my favorite character... but I've learned to write him in many different ways. Sometimes sympathetic... and sometimes not. (Notice how I'm ignoring commenting on Xander?)

I love how protective Tara, Giles, and Angel are of Spike. I think it is so cute what Buffy calls Angel and that she knows that he will keep her and Spike safe.

Just stumbled across this fic and was absolutely blown away. This is one of the most original and well executed ideas for a story that I have ever seen. Neat way of addressing the question of a demon without a soul who feels and wants to do better. Just fantastic. And the cute, awww factor doesn't hurt either. Please hurry and update 'cos I'm already seriously addicted to this story and will need a fix soon. :)
Pssst. Don't tell anyone... but there's a sequel coming right on the heels of this one.

i am so loving angel in this fic...great characterization...xander is pissing me off, but willow's the one who really needs dressing down...she just *assumes* spike must have hurt someone...cause her spells *never* go wrong...grr...anyways, great chapter :) can't wait for the next:)
